Auditoria.AI is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team for a three-month internship, with the possibility of full-time employment upon successful completion. The Intern will actively execute marketing initiatives, support account-based marketing campaigns, manage social media activities, and contribute to content creation efforts.
Working closely with the Senior Director of Product Marketing, the Intern will gain hands-on experience in campaign planning and execution, competitive research, CRM database management, and event coordination. Key responsibilities include creating and scheduling social media posts, developing written and visual content for various marketing channels, assisting in website and direct mail initiatives, and tracking program performance. The Intern will also help maintain CRM data integrity to support demand generation efforts.
Ideal candidates are creative, detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about marketing, social media, and data-driven campaign execution. The role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and an interest in technology and enterprise finance industries.
This internship is a paid opportunity ($25/hour) based on a standard 40-hour workweek, offering valuable professional development and the potential for future employment at a leading AI-driven automation company.

Received or attained a Bachelor’s Degree in business, economics, marketing, or marketing communications discipline.
Demonstrated understanding and application of core marketing principles through project work or other experiences.
Customer focus and related experience
Excellent writing and communication skills to support marketing campaign, blog & social media copywriting.
Strong knowledge of account-based marketing and social media platforms.
Market analysis and competitive research experience
HubSpot, CRM (i.e., Salesforce) experience
Adobe Creative Suite Experience (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) expertise
Sales lead generation experience ce
Familiarity with digital marketing channels and demand generation
Fintech knowledge/experience is preferred

Help plan and execute Account-based Marketing campaigns.
Track and manage results of marketing programs.
Perform market analysis and competitive research.
Assist in social media, direct mail, and website activities.
Update prospect and market database in CRM to ensure data quality.
Help organize marketing events.

Intern Project Responsibilities:
1. Manage social media marketing planning and daily execution
a. Determine influencers focused on enterprise finance, ERPs, and industry-specific companies.
b. Contribute to a social sharing calendar to promote Auditoria on Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
c. Create social posts to support company news, event attendance, and digital assets.
d. Execute social posting throughout the week to raise awareness of Auditoria.
e. Monitor and report on the growth of followers, engagement, and other key metrics.

2. Create content and manage assets
a. Write release-ready copy for marketing programs, including social posts and blog articles, email campaigns, and website content.
b. Develop graphical content to support marketing campaigns and nurture streams.
c. Edit/create video assets for product explanation, the CFO Corner, and for posting online.

3. Other Responsibilities
a. Measure the results of marketing programs and campaigns.
b. Update CRM to support demand generation activities and ensure data quality.
c. Additional work is to be assigned based on the Intern’s capabilities and business needs.
d. Work under the close supervision of the Senior Director of Product Marketing.

Additional Information
The internship is scheduled to last for three months, with the potential for full-time employment upon mutual agreement.
The Intern will be compensated at an hourly rate of $23-$ 28, based on experience, and will work a standard 40-hour workweek.
