Position Summary:ย 

NexThreat LLC is seeking a motivated and talented Business Management Intern to join our team through the HUBZone Internship Program for Government Contractors. The Business Management Intern will gain valuable experience in project management, strategic planning, and business development in the context of data and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills.ย 

Key Responsibilities:ย 

- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives that drive the growth and success of NexThreat LLC.ย 
- Support project management activities, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.ย 
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and areas for expansion.ย 
- Collaborate with team members to create and deliver engaging presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.ย 
- Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of internal processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.ย 

Qualifications and Skills:ย 

- HUBZone Residency (REQUIRED) Your primary work location and address must be in an area designated as a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone).ย 
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.ย 
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.ย 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.ย 
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.ย 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
