Intro and job overview:
Precisely’s Summer Internship Program is a paid, part-time opportunity for undergraduate students actively enrolled in university. This is an 10-week program that begins June 9th and ends on August 15th. This opportunity is 100% remote and you must be located in the United States during the summer internship. The Corporate Development Intern will work closely with the Corporate Development team.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Assist in evaluation of M&A opportunities
- Help prepare presentations for Precisely’s management team and board
- The intern will take ownership of the comprehensive M&A pipeline and refresh our pipeline tracking strategy
- Assist in project management of due diligence processes for any live deal(s)
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as they arise
Requirements and qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Strong financial background
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
