Position Summary:
The Director of Quality Control will develop, implement, and periodically evaluate a program to ensure the organization's production operations, from concept to finished products, meet the quality, integrity, and efficiency standards set by the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
ā Evaluates production operations from a strategic level to ensure that products meet quality, integrity, functionality, and other specifications and requirements.
ā Collaborates with management and senior staff across production departments and roles to draft acceptable quality standards.
ā Develops and implements quality standard testing and evaluation processes.
ā Facilitates communication among production divisions and management.
ā Assesses test results and approves recommended changes.
ā Reviews quality control documentation such as checklists, logs, and reports for effectiveness, accuracy, and relevance.
ā Conducts random inspections and quality control checks.
ā Periodically reports status of quality control and operations to executive leadership and, when required, regulatory agencies.
ā Performs other related duties as assigned.

ā The Director of Quality Control will learn our product development and the core skill sets supported by the office. This includes attending meetings & qualifying requirements with account managers and networking & immersing themselves in the industry.
