RRC is seeking a talented Electrical Engineer Intern to help us build the future of U.S. energy production from our Tualatin, Oregon office. RRC is a multi-disciplinary engineering firm that specializes in energy projects, particularly renewable energy, throughout the United States. Essential Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Senior Engineers and/or Engineer I, II and III with large projects, as needed.
  • Gather, correlates, and analyzes specific data using established procedures.
  • Performs a variety of routine tasks that will improve the individual's familiarization with the engineering methods, practices, and programs of the Company.
  • Performs detailed and/or routine engineering assignments involving established calculations, tests and analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and/or suggests improved methods.
  • Plan and control all activities so as to provide an accident-free workplace.
  • Conduct work activities with regard to environmental rules and regulations.
  • Regularly reviews assignments to assure optimum efficiency and cost effectiveness.
  • Performs other duties as directed by management.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must be an undergraduate or graduate electrical engineering major with coursework in Electrical Engineering.
  • Knowledge of electrical engineering and/or electrical construction.
  • Must have working knowledge MS Office Suite software.
  • Experience in AutoCAD software is a plus.
