Description

Market Research and Analysis:

o聽聽 Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential customers within the residential construction industry.

o聽聽 Analyze competitor offerings and market positioning to develop strategies for differentiation and competitive advantage.

Business Development:

o聽聽 Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the residential construction sector, including builders, developers, architects, contractors, and distribution.

o聽聽 Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase market share.

o聽聽 Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.

Sales and Account Management:

o聽聽 Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing, including conducting product presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.

o聽聽 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of window solutions and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.

o聽聽 Manage and grow existing accounts through proactive account management and cross-selling initiatives.

Marketing and Promotion:

o聽聽 Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and sales collateral tailored to the industry.

o聽聽 Represent WinTech at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services and expand our network within the residential construction community.

Reporting and Performance Analysis:

o聽聽 Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

o聽聽 Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management.



Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong understanding of the residential construction industry and its unique challenges and

opportunities.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
