Our intern program has received high marks from previous graduates for enhancing students’ market value through real-life, hands-on experience. Our interns gain a better understanding of the advertising/marketing/communications industry and develop valuable career contacts. They may even be offered regular full-time opportunities with OBP. Our internship program will start on June 2nd, 2025 and go through August 1st, 2025.

OBP is searching for an individual who is eager to learn to join our team for mentorship as a Finance Intern. The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualities: a quick learner, assertive, eager, and reliable.

Job Duties:

• Assist supervisor and department with various finance reports
• Assist the department with various tasks related to Accounts Payable
• Day-to-day processing of accounting functions
• Assist department with various admin support items
• Other duties as requested or required

Experience Requirements:

• Current junior, senior, or recent college graduate who is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or other relative major with strong academic performance.
• AP experience
• Organizational skills
• Knowledge of finance processes
• Knowledge of finance principles
• Proficient in Excel
• Proficient in Google Sheets

Compensation: Interns will be paid an hourly rate during their internship (+OT when applicable)
