Job Description

Join our dynamic Human Resources team in Los Angeles as part of our exciting Human Resources Analyst Development Program. This program is designed to nurture and develop the next generation of HR analytics professionals, providing a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in applying data-driven insights to human capital management.

  • Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to support decision-making processes
  • Collaborate with HR teams to identify key metrics and develop reporting dashboards
  • Support the creation and maintenance of HR analytics tools and processes
  • Contribute to projects focused on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement
  • Participate in the development of predictive models to address HR challenges
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports for senior management
  • Engage in continuous learning and development activities to enhance HR analytics skills
  • Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics
  • Support the implementation of data governance policies and procedures
  • Assist in the development of data visualization techniques to effectively communicate HR insights
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data accuracy and system integration
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to improve HR processes through data-driven approaches
  • Contribute to the development of HR analytics training materials for non-technical stakeholders
  • Assist in conducting statistical analyses to identify patterns and trends in employee data
  • Support the evaluation and selection of HR analytics tools and technologies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HRIS systems
  • Basic knowledge of statistical software such as SPSS, R, or Python
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Passion for leveraging data to drive HR strategies and decisions
  • Previous internships or academic projects in HR analytics are a plus
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred but not required

Additional Information

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY:  The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $29.00 – $35.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer a competitive benefits package, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Company-matching 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and Tuition Reimbursement, in addition to other programs and perks.
