In this role, you will represent the interests of Deltek customers and drive positive changes in the customer experience. You will be responsible for working directly with our internal teams to build customer relationships through the customer journey. - Assist with onboarding event attendance trackingĀ Ā
- Assist with Smartsheet dashboard creationĀ
- Tracking onboarding activitiesĀ
- Making sure tasks are completed within the appropriate response timeĀ
- Assist team with other projects as needed.Ā
- Assist with process documentationĀ

Current undergraduate at a 4-year university/collegeĀ
Degree focus in Business, Sales, Communications is ideal, but all consideredĀ
GPA of 3.0 or higher preferredĀ
Ability to work remotely for 8-10 weeks starting June 6, 2023, for 32-40 hours per weekĀ
Works effectively with minimal supervision and remotely from homeĀ
Excellent customer service and relationship development skillsĀ
Strong computer and internet skills, including MS Office, internet researchĀ
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to adapt to varying situations and personalitiesĀ
Self-motivated and proactive team member, who will utilize time efficiently, share knowledge, and be receptive to othersā ideasĀ
Excellent communication skills, both oral and writtenĀ

Compensation InformationThe U.S. hourly rate for this temporary position is $16.00-$18.00 per hour. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
