The Prospect League is looking for a dedicated Marketing Intern to join our team for the 2025 season!
The Prospect League, a premier wood-bat collegiate summer baseball league, wants you to join our league office team as 2025 Marketing Intern for 14 weeks from approximately May 19 to August 15. This quality educational and professional experience provides diverse sports management opportunities that will help the successful candidate in pursuit of a sports business career. A stipend will be paid upon completion and college course credit may also be arranged.
Under the direction of the League Commissioner, Director of Technology and Operations, and Manager of Digital and Strategic Content, the intern’s duties will include:
- Acting as liaison between the league office, its sponsorship partner (ProSource Media Group), and 18 member clubs in meticulously tracking sponsorship fulfillment
- Assisting in planning and coordinating sponsorship fulfillment via league assets (social media, website, streaming network, etc.)
- Documenting and organizing execution of required fulfillments by the league and its 18 members clubs
- Creating sponsorship fulfillment reports
- Corresponding with teams and league office staff regularly in a time-sensitive manner
- All other duties as assigned
The internship is a mostly remote position with travel encouraged to the Prospect League All-Star Fest in Springfield, Ill., July 7-8. All applicants will be considered, but preference may be given to candidates within the League's geographical footprint.
