Overview:
At Unrivaled Sports, we aim to provide ballplayers with lifelong memories through Big League Experiences at our state-of-the-art facilities. As a successful Marketing & Sales Operations Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in prospecting & processes focused on driving qualified leads to sales & marketing departments.

Responsibilities:
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Data mining websites of large tournament providers for contact information of key decision makers for large organizations and teams.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Work with sales reps to prospect their territories for new teams and leads.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Send weekly post-event customer satisfaction surveys.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Analyze customer satisfaction surveys for business trends and insights.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Use surveys to generate qualified leads for the sales team for future tournaments.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Assist the marketing team in developing lead generation campaigns to fill the top of the sales funnel.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Develop engagement reports from marketing campaigns to drive leads to the sales team.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Receive and distribute inbound sales leads to the proper sales representative.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Leverage CRM to build reports on sales pipelines and trends.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Collaborate with staff members from all locations and other departments to understand their roles and gain a better understanding of the business.

Qualifications
Required:

路聽 聽 聽 聽 College student or recent graduate seeking work experience.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Excellent communication skills
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Willingness to learn
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Efficient time-management skills
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Previous experience or interest in Salesforce or similar CRM technologies
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Previous experience or interest in Marketing technologies

Preferred:
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Background in Marketing or Business
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Interest and passion in sports
