We’re Looking For A: detail-oriented Reputation Management Intern who will be an advocate for all Golden Hippo’s brands in the health, beauty, and pet verticals space. The Rept. Mgmt. Intern will assist in monitoring, managing, and maintaining our brands’ positive online reputation. This role is ideal for someone passionate about direct-to-consumer marketing, brand management, and customer experience.


Location: Remote (Office in Woodland Hills, CA)


What You’ll Be Doing:



  • Monitor online reputation of our brands, products, and gurus, by replicating the customer’s search experience, ensuring it is always positive, and taking appropriate action based on search results.

  • Responsible for building a strong sense of community with our customers by engaging with them on various platforms and responding to any questions or reviews they may have in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a positive brand voice

  • Monitor company intellectual property on various search outlets, escalating to appropriate team members to take action and resolve infringement, if needed. 

  • Support team’s SEO priorities to drive rankings of owned platforms in SERPs and consult on which pages are considered positive or negative for our brand reputation

  • Assist in collecting customer testimonials to ensure that we have a constant stream of reviews for all products. Monitor and report on trends & pain points seen in customer experience.

  • Support other campaign efforts as needed to drive brand reputation and increase customer loyalty

  • Provide additional support with identifying and enforcing unauthorized reseller activity on 3rd party marketplaces


Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):



  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with online review sites and basic SEO

  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic understanding of SEO and DTC marketing is a plus.

  • Basic understanding of FTC regulations and compliance protocols

The base salary range is $17-$20.


The posted salary range in this job posting reflects data based on California's cost of labor analysis. This salary range is subject to change per state; please click here to find the pay differential in your state of residence if the role is remote”


Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geographical location.
