Location Details


At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.​


This position may be a hybrid or fully remote position, as decided by your manager. If designated as hybrid, you’ll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office location, so you should live within commuting distance. If designated as remote, you’ll be working remotely from your home and may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings. Your hiring manager can share more about this role’s hybrid or remote designation.


This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, California, Colorado, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, or the Virgin Islands.

What you'll get to do...



  • Building outstanding services that help our internal and external customers succeed

  • Writing highly scalable, highly-available, cloud-ready applications

  • Solving end-to-end problems

  • Testing code (e.g. writing functional and unit tests)

  • Embracing Agile methodologies to continuously release and deploy iterations of our services

  • Embracing DevOps methodologies for enabling and supporting always-on services

  • Collaborate with customers and support agents to understand the needs of our customers. A strong understanding how you can assist our customers in accomplishing their goals every day.

  • Establish critical metrics to monitor for product and customer success

  • Demonstrate a positive demeanor and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with changing needs 


Your experience should include...



  • Pursuing BS/MS in a computer science, information systems, UX Design, or equivalent in related discipline

  • Strong experience in one programming language such as Java, Python, HTML, JavaScript, C#, Go Lang, etc.

  • Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, software designs, micro services, and cloud computing

  • Prior work experience with AWS is a plus

  • Demonstrates a passionate to develop elegant and groundbreaking solutions for real-world business problems

  • Experience in an Agile development environment is plus

  • Strong analytical and research skills

  • Excellent social, written, and verbal interpersonal skills. Strong writing skills with the ability to write clearly and quickly, to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience

  • Completed multiple academia projects that demonstrate a deep understanding of different technologies and tools

  • Demonstrates a strong sense of curiosity and are always striving to improve their knowledge base
