Training & IT Intern (Hybrid – Fort Collins, CO)
Hourly Rate: $18.00 – $23.00 | 5-10 hours/week | Immediate Start Preferred

Headquartered in Fort Collins, Colorado, we have a collaborative team working across the U.S. and globally.
We’re seeking an IT Intern to join our Training and Onboarding Team. This hybrid role is ideal for a technically proficient student who is also interested in corporate training, employee enablement, and onboarding processes. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting training operations while applying your IT skills to improve internal systems and processes.
Training & Onboarding Support:
Assist with daily training operations, including Learning Management System (LMS) maintenance, user management, and content updates.
Support planning and execution of new hire onboarding and internal development programs.
Update and enhance training materials (eLearning modules, presentations, exercises, etc.).
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track learning engagement and outcomes.
Help manage the internal talent development calendar and assist with employee inquiries.
Write scripts to automate manual processes and support business tasks.
Passionate about both technology and improving employee experiences.
A self-starter with strong initiative and attention to detail.
Curious and eager to learn new tools, technologies, and business processes.
A strong communicator who collaborates well in a team environment.
Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience with Google suite, including Gemini early adoption
Strong technical aptitude with a willingness to learn new systems and platforms (e.g., LMS, HR systems, AI Tools).
Familiarity with scripting or programming languages (JavaScript or Python, and SQL preferred).
Must be able to work 5-10 hours per week during business hours.
This is a remote position, but local Fort Collins candidates will be given priority consideration.
