The Workforce Initiatives Intern will assist our Workforce Innovation team in promoting, coordinating, and executing our TAP Health Summer Academy(a series of programs to help regional high school students learn about careers in healthcare, more info found at taphealth.healthcollab.org). This includes attending events in various hospitals, healthcare delivery sites, and colleges within the Greater Cincinnati medical community, where you will be a liaison between those places and the high school students in attendance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend TAP Health Summer Academy events to help with logistics, event coordination, and student activities.
- Update web portal for TAP Health students (including creating forms, surveys, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Create, develop and deploy visuals, presentations, and campaigns for TAP Health program marketing, including short or long-form videos for social media and websites.
- Assist with miscellaneous projects and administrative tasks.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
-  Active college student or recent graduate of a BA/BS degree or Graduate degree in   Career Development, Communications, Education, Human Resources, Marketing, or any healthcare, workforce development, or closely related field.
- Ability to work during traditional business hours in a variety of settings.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information.
- Willingness to learn new software applications and quantitative skills, as needed.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Documents.Â
- Patience interacting with people of multiple ages (middle school age and older) positively.
- Demonstrated proficiency in developing visuals and presentations, preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in various elements of online program marketing including social media, and short or long-form video editing/creation (such as creating engaging TikTok’s, Instagram Reels, Twitter posts, etc.), also preferred.Â
- Must have access to transportation to travel within the Greater Cincinnati community on a regular basis.
- Must be able to lift up to 20lbs.
- Must be able to spend approximately 50% of time working on a computer.

Depending on the intern’s availability, internship would occur between April – November, but availability must include most of June through early August of 2025. Please include availability in your application.Â
This internship is a paid position and could qualify for credit through higher education institutions.Â
