We’re Looking For A: YouTube Channel - Intern to Support the YouTube Channel Manager in growing our brand’s YouTube presence. This includes assisting with content programming, optimizing videos for maximum engagement, and analyzing performance data. You’ll help engage with our YouTube and social media communities, track key analytics, and contribute ideas for content improvement. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital content strategy while learning the ins and outs of managing a successful YouTube channel.
Location: Remote, HQ in Woodland Hills CA
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist in publishing and scheduling content across our brand’s YouTube channels
- Monitor analytics and provide insights on video performance
- Support in optimizing video metadata, including titles, descriptions, and tags
- Help track and report on revenue generated through sales links in videos
- Engage with the YouTube community by responding to comments and creating community posts
- Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices, suggesting ways to improve content strategy
- Assist editors by gathering performance data to improve future video editing
- Research new tactics and strategies to enhance YouTube channel growth
- Collaborate with the social media team to analyze performance data from Facebook and Instagram
Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick ALL of these boxes.):
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Film/Media Studies, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Relevant coursework or personal projects in digital content creation, social media, or video production are a plus.
- Any experience managing a personal or small YouTube channel, creating video content, or analyzing social media performance is a plus
- Basic understanding of video editing, SEO, or graphic design tools (such as Photoshop or Canva) is beneficial but not mandatory
- Passion for YouTube and an understanding of what makes content perform well
- Basic knowledge of YouTube SEO and video optimization strategies
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to take constructive feedback
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- BONUS: Familiarity with Photoshop or experience creating YouTube thumbnails

The base salary range is $17-$20.
