This role pays an hourly rate of $16-$18/hour, based on experience (ability to earn internship/college credit)
Hours: 16hrs – 30 hrs/ week – hours will increase during the spring summer months Â

Triple Crown Fastpitch Division is seeking a organized and detailed focused individual to assist on tasks in regard to the CO 4th of July; largest youth softball event in Colorado. In this role you will provide essential support and planning leading to a successful event. This role requires a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and timely. The individual will need to be independent. Â
Responsibilities: Â
- Maintain and manage compliance (lodging, rosters and waivers) for teams registered for fastpitch events.
- Assist with being a liaison between hotel managers and teams to assist with booking rooms for during the event Â
- Assisting with International Challenge uniforms and player fees Â
- Create, build and maintain site packets Â
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations during the busy event season Â
- Assist with graphics to be posted on social media Â
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner Â
- Other duties as assigned Â
Minimum Qualifications Â
- Strong verbal and written communication skills Â
- Strong organization and time management skills Â
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Â
- Ability to work independently Â
- Knowledge on canva (preferred) Â
