Position Overview:
PuderAI is seeking a Curriculum Writing Intern to join our innovative team. This is an unpaid, remote internship in exchange for academic credit, offering college students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in curriculum writing and educational technology. If you are creative, tech-savvy, and looking to build a strong portfolio, this position is ideal for you.
As part of this internship, you’ll work with our team to develop curriculum content related to PuderAI’s educational partners, particularly Foundation Academies. You’ll be using tools such as Google Suite and ChatGPT to assist in the creation and organization of learning materials. This internship also offers the opportunity for advancement into a paid position, depending on performance and evaluations from your manager.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in writing and developing curriculum materials for educational programs at MLMPI Prep Academy.
- Use Google Suite for document creation, organization, and collaboration with team members.
- Utilize ChatGPT to enhance content creation and provide efficient curriculum writing solutions.
- Research and incorporate state standards and educational frameworks.
- Collaborate with the PuderAI team to ensure all content aligns with the educational objectives of the school.
- Manage deadlines and produce high-quality work in a timely manner.
- Understanding the curriculum framework: You will begin by reviewing and understanding the existing curriculum framework to ensure alignment with educational standards and objectives.
- Content development: Based on the project needs, you may either build upon an existing foundation or be tasked with creating curriculum content from scratch.
- Collaborative editing process: You will undergo multiple rounds of revisions and edits to ensure the content meets quality standards and educational goals.
- Curriculum auditing: Once your content is developed and edited, it will be subject to an audit to ensure its accuracy, relevancy, and alignment with learning objectives.
- Time commitment: Each internship will focus on developing content for one half-semester (approx. 8 weeks) of curriculum.
- Opportunity for extension: If you excel in your role and are interested in continuing, there is an opportunity to expand your work beyond one semester of content development.

Skills & Requirements:
- Strong creative writing skills with the ability to produce educational content.

- Experience using ChatGPT or similar AI tools for content generation.
- A portfolio of previous written works (academic papers, blog posts, creative writing, etc.).
- Ability to work remotely and independently, with excellent time management and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for education and improving learning experiences.
- Exceptional time management.
Compensation and Working Hours:
- flexible working hours (between 5-10 hours per week).
