Learning Opportunity:
The intern will work closely with the VP of Donor Engagement to learn fundraising, writing, and other communication channels used to engage donors and encourage giving in support of our global ministry. The intern will have opportunity to learn about donor psychology and what inspires people to give, donor-centric language and writing styles that encourage giving, methods for storytelling and reporting back to donors, as well as appeals, emails, annual reports, social media content, donation page content, offers that resonate with donors, and strategic asking, thanking and reporting cycles with donors.

Formal Education: Some college education working towards a degree in marketing, communications, or related field.   Â
Experience: None required.   Â
Specialized Knowledge/Certification: None required.
Equipment Knowledge: Ability to use a Mac/PC and Microsoft Office software.  Â
