Unlock your potential at Lamb Insurance Services in our internship program. You will gain hands-on experience in a wide array of services we provide to our clients. Whether it is benchmarking, marketing, data analytics or day-to-day handling of accounts, you will find many opportunities to strengthen your skills in the property & casualty field.

Responsibilities: 

Your role here at Lamb Insurance Services will be as an assistant for the department, allowing you the flexibility and opportunity to face new challenges every day. In addition to acting in the supporting role for the team, primary responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the benchmarking and other special projects
• Creating presentations
• Manage data in our databases
• Shadow leaders in our sales, claims, and consultant divisions

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong sense of professionalism and maturity
• Excellent computer skills, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
• Creative problem solver
• Ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as part of a team
