JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Intern will collaborate with our sales team to clean up and organize data in Salesforce. This role is essential for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of our CRM, ultimately supporting our overall customer experience. The intern will also assist with data entry and related tasks that enhance customer engagement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with the sales team to update and clean Salesforce data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Support data entry tasks, including adding new customer information and maintaining existing records.
• Assist with improving the customer experience by streamlining data access and usability in Salesforce.
• Help identify and correct any discrepancies or outdated information within our customer databases.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in all tasks performed.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Experience/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required):
• Currently pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Basic knowledge of Salesforce or a willingness to learn.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while following guidance from the sales team.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Flexible schedule with up to 20 hours per week, including at least 8 hours during normal business hours.
• Primarily remote, with online meetings and collaborations with the sales team as needed.
